A jury last week convicted a Dayton man accused of sexually touching a girl in January and recording it on his cellphone.

Jonas Lee Brock Sr., 41, was found guilty Thursday by a Montgomery County Common Pleas jury of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented material or performance and gross sexual imposition involving a child younger than 13, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Judge Timothy O’Connell is scheduled to sentence him Jan. 21.

A woman reported to the Dayton Police Department on Jan. 15 that she found a video recorded Dec. 31, 2023, on Brock’s cellphone that showed a man inappropriately touching a girl, according to an affidavit filed in Dayton Municipal Court.
